My name is Tony, I live in Fremont, Ohio and work as an Electrical Designer for a small Engineering Firm outside of Toledo, Ohio. I have a granddaughter, Savanna Marie, who totally has her grandpa wrapped around her little finger twice over.
I've been an animal lover for most of my life. You name it and I've probably have had it. But the only pet that has been a main stay in my world has been the rat. It all started long ago with a typical pet store rat and through the years has evolved into the rat fancy.

Now why do I breed rats?
Well it just that most pet stores do not properly care for their rodents.
They look at them as a meal for snakes and the like. RaffinHouse is an alternative to the pet store rat scenario. I put a lot of hard work and effort into my rattery and in the same breath, I also get a lot of pleasure out of my rattery, providing healthy, well socialized pets that put smiles on many faces. The different rat varieties are just like the icing on the cake.

I've made so many friends and have met so many interesting people and breeders through my rattery. I am pleased to say that I have had folks from several states travel to Ohio to adopt my little friends. I'm looking forward to many more years of providing healthy, well socialized pets for those who crave the unpredictable antics of the pet rat.
